Weddings, birthdays, seminars, agency groups: we host private events all year round. Here are the answers to the questions that come up before every quote.
How many guests
Seventy in total: forty seated inside, twenty-four on the terrace facing Mogador island and the old medina. For a standing cocktail format, capacity is adjusted after a site visit.
The whole house, or just the terrace
The terrace — thirty square metres — can be booked on its own, which works very well for cocktails at sunset while the dining room carries on with its normal service. Full private hire, dining room and terrace, comes to one hundred and eighty square metres.
The menu is built with you
We start from the menu, the season and your requirements: vegetarian, gluten-free, alcohol-free, halal. Nothing is imposed, and the final menu is agreed before the event.
How far in advance
Allow three to four weeks for a group dinner, and two to three months for a wedding in high season — from June to September, weekends go early.
On the day
A dedicated contact is on site from start to finish. For décor, music or photography, we work with Essaouira suppliers we can recommend.
